What to expect

Indulge in a delightful evening with your local host Fusina and soak in the views of the River Amstel. Fusina will prepare a delicious, traditional Dutch meal served with wine and beer. You will learn about centuries-old Dutch traditions, the history of each dish - seasonal soup, cheeses and Dutch pancakes - and hear about her life in Amsterdam. She will also teach you how to make, bake and flip your own Dutch pancakes so you can recreate them at home!
