Experience the comforting flavors of Czech cuisine with your passionate host and cooking teachers, Aida or Bret, in a charming 400-year-old building. This evening is a combination of food and wine tasting, cooking and dining.
You will learn to make three simple traditional Czech dishes and then enjoy a wonderful warm dinner with fellow food lovers. A spread of Czech appetizers, farm cheeses, smoked meats, and local fruit brandy will keep you going throughout the workshop. This is an evening of authentic and delicious food, wine, education, and making new friendships!
