Top of the World Day Trip takes you deep into the Colombian countryside—past mountain farms, remote villages, and ridgelines once used by the original Pan-American Highway, Colombia’s historic route to the coast.
Led by one of the professional local drivers, you’ll relax in a fully equipped Mitsubishi 4x4 while we handle the steep climbs, sharp curves, and off-road terrain. You’ll explore hidden corners of Antioquia few tourists ever see, and on clear days, you'll even catch sight of the Western Andes rising in the distance.

Plaza & Town Center – Belmira’s main square and village streets reflect a traditional Antioquian mountain town, surrounded by local shops, cafes, and views of the surrounding mountains. Trucha Culture – The town is well-known for trout farming and trout dishes — visiting a truchera (trout farm or restaurant) is a common experience for visitors.

Minor Basilica of the Lord of Miracles It is the town’s main attraction: an imposing Catholic church in the main square, considered one of the most important pilgrimage shrines in Antioquia. Inside, it features notable artworks, ceiling paintings, and a replica of the Pietà. San Pedro de los Milagros Central Park The main plaza and its surroundings are ideal for walking, relaxing, and getting to know local life. It’s a traditional gathering place where festivals and community activities are often held.
