Follow our easy GPS-guided route along the scenic Trammino cycle path, a flat, traffic-free trail built on a former railway line. Cycle through the pine forests of the San Rossore Natural Park, breathe in the fresh Mediterranean air, and stop to visit the beautiful Basilica of San Piero a Grado, a Romanesque church built where St. Peter is traditionally believed to have first arrived in Italy.
Your adventure continues at Il Pineto Adventure Park near Marina di Pisa, where suspended bridges, zip lines, and tree-top courses provide fun for both adults and children. Before cycling back to Pisa, take some time to relax by the Tyrrhenian Sea, enjoy the beach or a waterfront café, and admire the mouth of the Arno River.
