WHAT TO EXPECT
Upon meeting your guide at the designated location, head for Keukenhof Gardens. Take in the breathtaking scenery as you go through the bulb flower region surrounding Lisse in the Dutch countryside. When you arrive at Keukenhof Gardens, take a guided walk to see themed gardens and flower sculptures while you stroll among acres of vivid tulips, daffodils, and hyacinths.
Next, you’ll travel to the canal medieval town of Delft, which is known for its iconic Delftware. Learn about the Dutch handcraft tradition by visiting a pottery that has been passed on from generation to generation. After that, your guide will take you to the bustling market square of Delft, where you will walk along historic canals, cobblestone streets, and medieval architecture such as the Old Church, City Hall, and the New Church.
Approximately 18:00 you’ll return to Amsterdam full of amazing memories.

Keukenhof is the largest flower garden in the world. Millions of bulbs are planted in the 32 hectares of gardens and 15 kilometers of walkways throughout this visit. The grounds are covered in a multitude of vividly colored spring bulbs, including tulips, hyacinths, daffodils, and others. Explore the historical garden, the Japanese garden, and the English garden. At the Keukenhof Gardens, you will receive your skip-the-line entrance tickets which are included in this excursion. Before entering, the tour guide or your driver/guide will provide an introduction to Keukenhof and the story behind it. You can then self-explore the gardens and pavilions at your leisure.

As we make our way to the incredible city of Delft, a lovely ride through the bulbflower area in Lisse awaits you. You’ll be amazed by a landscape with vibrant carpets of bulbflowers blooming in nearly every color you can think of is visible. This region is one of the major tulip-growing areas in the Netherlands, and the most popular region for visitors from around the world. Great opportunity for pictures of the tulip fields. Stops here.

You will go to a 4th generation Pottery in the historic heart of Delft where you will get an explanation about the making of the famous Delftware. Stroll through the beautiful old town. Delve into Delft’s rich artistic heritage dedicated to the works of the legendary Johannes Vermeer. Who was born, lived and worked his whole life in Delft. Visit the market square of Delft (De Markt), where you will walk along historic canals, cobblestone streets, and medieval architecture such as the Old Church, City Hall, and the New Church.
