Pick up instructions: From Airport: "The representative will be waiting for you outside the airport with a sign displaying your name. Additionally, the local transfer operator will contact you via WhatsApp or SMS at least 12 hours before your arrival to provide instructions and coordinate the meeting point. If you are not contacted, please let us know so we can provide you with the meeting details for the driver." To Airport: "The driver will pick you up in the hotel lobby or at your designated pick-up location. Please ensure you are available 15 minutes before the scheduled time."
