Arrival: Terminal 2 (Domestic Flights): Head to the first exit on the right (transfers to hotels) and wait at the "Welcome Bar." Terminal 2 (International Flights): Head to the exit and wait at the "Welcome Bar" located in front of the parking lot. Terminal 3 (International Flights): Head to the exit and wait at the "Air MargaritaVille" bar. Terminal 4 (Domestic and International Flights): Head to the left exit (labeled Hotel Shuttle). Then, locate the "Welcome Bar" next to the "Mini Market" and wait at "Platform D." Departure: Your driver will be waiting in the hotel lobby. Please ensure that you are at your pick-up point at least 15 minutes in advance.

- The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
- Protocol for all services, driver and passenger´s liabilities. 1.Nebulization of vehicles with disinfectants. 2.Cleaning of seats, floors, internal and external handles, seat belts, backrests and armrests every time a service is terminated. 3.No handshakes will be given in the greeting or farewell. 4.Voucher information is being requested and verified digitally. 5.The customer is asked to board the vehicle using the mask. If passenger does not have one, the driver will provide one immediately.
