1. When you land and after collecting your suitcases, it is important that you let us
know. Please go to pre-contracted transportation services area (platforms area).

2. Your assigned driver is parked about 5-10 minutes away from platforms area.
3. When you notify us we will ask your driver to enter the platform area.
4. As soon as your Driver shares the platform number with us, we will let you know
so you can go to the assigned platform."

"Your driver will be waiting in the hotel lobby. Please ensure that you are at your pick up point at least 15 minutes in advance."
