"The representative will be waiting outside the airport holding a sign with your name. Additionally, the local transfer operator will contact you via WhatsApp or SMS at least 12 hours before your arrival to provide further instructions and coordinate the meeting point.
For domestic flights, the meeting point will be at the entrance of the DULCERNA café, located just outside the national arrivals area.
For international flights, passengers should exit through the door on the left-hand side, next to Mister Bono, and proceed to the wheelchair sign located at that exit, where they will meet the representative.
