Meeting point: Gate 7-8, 2nd Floor, second lane. International Flights: The driver will enter the airport 30 minutes after the flight lands, allowing time for immigration and customs procedures. From that moment, the driver will wait for a maximum of 60 minutes. Meeting point: Gate 5, 2nd Floor, second lane. The driver or representative will contact you to coordinate the meeting point details. If it is not possible to establish prior communication, the driver will wait for you with a sign bearing your name at the designated exit gate according to your flight type. If you do not see our representative at the meeting point, please contact our 24/7 assistance line via call or WhatsApp message" To Airport: "Your driver will be waiting in the hotel lobby. Please ensure that you are at your pick up point at least 15 minutes in advance."
