Pick up instructions: From Airport: "Once the passenger has passed through health and immigration control, they should proceed to the first exit gate in the arrivals area, where the driver will be waiting with a sign bearing the name of the person who made the reservation. It is important not to leave the airport area until you have met directly with the assigned driver. If you cannot locate them immediately, please remain at the meeting point and call the contact number provided. Note: Remember to download WhatsApp on your phone to maintain faster and more effective communication with your driver and the POLITTAN support team." To Airport: "Your driver will be waiting in the hotel lobby. Please ensure that you are at your pick up point at least 15 minutes in advance."
