International Flights: After landing, we recommend following the immigration signs. Once you have cleared immigration, proceed to the baggage claim area. After collecting your luggage, go through customs and exit the terminal. You should follow the sign for Travel Agencies or Tour Operators. Look for your driver holding a sign with your name. The pick-up point is always at the Welcome Bar. It is important NOT to follow the exit marked Family and Friends, as it is not possible to enter that area. Domestic Flights: Upon arrival, follow the signs to baggage claim. Once you have collected your luggage, head to the exit and follow the sign for Travel Agencies or Tour Operators. Look for your driver holding a sign with your name. The pick-up point is always at the Welcome Bar. It is important NOT to follow the exit marked Family and Friends, as it is not possible to enter that area.

This activity ends in a different location. You can choose from multiple locations at checkout.

What to expect

Your driver or a representative will be at the hotel or destination. Avoid lines or paying extra money and use a nice vehicle with safety and comfort. You will be transported by a professional that will take care of you until drop-off at the hotel or destination.
