We will pick you up from your accommodation in Krakow, be prepared that this tour takes 11-12h. Oświęcim is a town located some 31 miles (50 km) west of Krakow. It's where the former Nazi concentration camp Auschwitz-Birkenau is located, and as such has become known as a place of martyrdom, suffering and death. You will be taken to Auschwitz I, where you will join an English tour – provided by the Museum’s guide – for about 2,5 hours. After that, we will transfer you to Auschwitz II – Birkenau, which is about 2 km away. You will spend there about 1 hour with the same guide.
Wieliczka is one of the most beautiful places in close proximity to the city. The famous UNESCO World Heritage Site, the salt mine, is visited every year by thousands of tourists. You will be transferred to the Salt Mine in Wieliczka, which happens to be one of the oldest working Salt Mines in the World – it has been producing table salt for over 700 years! You will be attending an English guided tour. Your guide will take you up to 140 meters underground for a 2,5-hours journey through over 2,5-kilometres long tourist route full of chambers with amazing carvings and statues, where everything is made of salt.
On your third day our driver will take you in the mornig to Zakopane- city in the polish Mountains, our guide will show you the city centre of Zakopane.
Our guide take you to the Shrine of Our Lady of Fatima in Krzeptowki, built to commemorate the Polish Pope John Paul II's survival of an assassination attempt in the 1980s.
It's just a short drive from Krzeptówki to the town center. Your guide will lead you to Peksowy Brzyzek old cemetery, home to the graves of Zakopane locals, including several World War II resistance heroes, and along Krupowki Street, one of Poland's best-known shopping streets, where you'll have the chance to grab a bite to eat (own expense).
From Krupówki Street, it's a thrilling ride by funicular up to the top of Gubalowka Hill, which offers stunning views of the city and the mountains.
It is day off to enjoy Zakopane by yourself or you can buy additional tour to Kasprowy Wierch, Rafting at Dunajec River Gorge or Thermal Pools. Kasprowy Wierch is one of Poland’s most impressive mountains, but you don’t have to scale the mighty peak to soak up the scenery, we can offer you tour which includes ride to the top of this mountain by cable car. During this tour you will be able to admire stunning view. This tour takes around 3 hours. Rafting at Dunajec River Gorge- you will join a group of people at raft and enjoy picturesque views durnig 2,5h rafting through Dunajec River. Thermal Pools in Chochołow is the largest complex at Podhale, with swimming pools, saunas, steam baths etc. It is great opportunity to relax and enjoy all the facilities. You can spend at the Thermal Baths 5 hours.
