This exclusive and unique wine experience will immerse your senses and imagination in the wine world !!Our two-hour winemaking session aims not only to teach you how to taste wine but also how to make your own personalized Bottle of Wine to take with you at home!! You will get to sample and carefully select the grape varieties you want in your wine, mix, try, taste again, make improvements, and finally make your own wine under the guidance of a qualified sommelier. After doing this, you'll bottle your wine ,wax your bottle and design a custom label for your very own wine bottle, so you can take your own bottle of wine with you when you leave our atelier!

What to expect

The mission of our winemaking workshop is to create your own personalized bottle of wine to take with you at home and discover your inner winemaker! Experience blending various wines produced from various grape varieties, personalize your label, manually cork, and wax your bottle, and you'll have a completely customized cuvée. Learn about how to taste wine and craft your own bottle step-by-step with a sommelier by your side. Determine the qualities of five different Greek rare grape varieties, taste and observe the color's, feel the textures, smell the different aromas, and discover their different characteristics. Assume the role of an oenologist and craft your own blend, to project your unique personality. Lastly, you will cork, label, and wax your mix to finish this session.
