    One of the most visited places in Northern Ireland - a rope bridge suspended high above the sea, linking the mainland to the tiny island of Carrickarede. Crossing is optional and requires a pre-booked ticket; if you prefer not to cross, there are stunning views from the cliff-top path. It is roughly a 1-mile walk from the car park, and crossings can occasionally close due to weather. Let us know in advance if you wish to cross and we will help arrange your ticket.

    The Dark Hedges

    One of the most popular natural phenomena in Northern Ireland, the Dark Hedges were used as a set for the hit TV series Game of Thrones. It was the famous King’s Road in Season 2. The hedges were planted by the Stuart family in the eighteenth century. It was intended to impress visitors as they approached the entrance to their home, Gracehill House. Two centuries later, the trees remain a magnificent sight and have become known as the Dark Hedges.
