Day 1
El Alamein World War II Military Museum and Siwa Oasis

On a 3-day tour from Cairo that includes an overnight stay at the Oasis Lodge and a Bedouin camp, you can see the marvels of Ancient Egypt. Take a dip in the Siwa Oasis, discover the tombs of Si-Amun, and wander through Shali. We shall pick you up from your Cairo/Giza hotel and proceed to a 13-hour drive to the popular Siwa Oasis, with a stopover at the El Alamein World War II Military Museum. Take this opportunity to observe cannons, armored vehicles, soldiers' Holy Books, and many other items.

Continue your journey to Siwa Oasis. While swimming and floating in the Siwa Oasis, admire the stunning beauty of the surroundings. At Fatnas Island, enjoy a beautiful sunset and take photos of Siwa while sipping the famous Siwa Tea. Later, check-in for an overnight stay at the Oasis Lodge.

Day 2
Mountain of the Dead, Cleopatra’s Spring, and Siwa Desert

Mountain of the Dead
After an exciting ride with your guide, proceed to the Mountain of the Dead, where you will have the opportunity to explore the tombs of Si-Amun. Observe the tombs in the Western Desert Oasis before heading to the Temple of the Oracle, known for its grand vestibule and forecourt.

As you continue your tour, get an excellent opportunity to enjoy a dune ride through the desert in a 4x4 vehicle, and then head to the Siwa salt lakes for a memorable swim admiring the mesmerizing scenic beauty. Also, swim in Cleopatra's Spring, a natural spring water stone pool with an excellent view in the center of the palm Oasis. Take advantage of the opportunity to sip natural fresh fruit juice while taking in the scenery of the Oasis. After having a mixed grill meal at an Abdo restaurant, you shall drive through the Siwa desert to the Hot springs and Cold lakes for a swim. Taking a dune drive through the Siwa Great Sand Sea later in the day, view the spectacular Siwa sunset. Before eating Siwan tea and nuts, ascend the highest dune to experience the excitement of sandboarding. When you arrive at the Oasis Bedouin camp for an overnight stay in the desert, you'll be greeted with a delicious BBQ dinner before unwinding in the tents at night.

Day 3
Shali City and Siwa Old Souq

The next day, after a refreshing Siwa breakfast, travel to Shali city, which was built with karshef, a traditional Siwan construction material made of salt and clay. Before concluding the tour, visit the Siwa Old Souq, where you shall have free time to roam around the city and shop. Once you finish your trip, you will be transferred back to your Cairo/Giza hotel.
