Learn to snowboard on Lima´s sand dunes, with proper equipment and progresive instruction in the only preserved desert of Lima, if you are lucky you will get to learn and ride with our local kids riders.

Get to Ancon district and get to Ovalo Chacas (40 km north of Lima Downtown) near the Tambo convenience store. Make sure you are in contact with your instructor or our team.

What to expect
Meet with your instructor in Ancon, then quick transfer to the dune entrance in the local community of Villas de Ancon, where we will start the activity by hiking to the dunes (15 minutes).
In the dunes after a brief of equipment usage and basic stance. We will go trough a "bunny heel" to get the breaking technique right, and from there crushing different slopes from green terrain to blue terrain of dunes. With some time for footage and sharing with the locals. This experience gives you the best of our unique desert landscapes and introduces you to the world of sandboarding.
