What to expect
Reaching the chapel of Agios Stylianos, we take a short break to admire the scenery and learn about the history of the area. Next, we descend to Porto Timoni. Here, we enjoy a break to swim, relax, and discover the unique landscape of Porto Timoni's twin bays.
After your swim, we begin the ascent to the picturesque village of Afionas, one of Corfu’s oldest settlements, perched high above the Ionian Sea. Before reaching the village, we stop at Louloudi, a natural viewpoint with sweeping views across the sea and the Diapontia Islands. This stunning spot is renowned for offering one of the most memorable sunsets on the island. Here, there will be time to unwind at a local snack bar.
Your experience concludes in Afionas itself, where we wander through its charming narrow lanes, admire the village’s traditional architecture, and hear fascinating stories about its history and local heritage from your tour leader.
