1. Can I apply a promo code after booking?
You cannot apply the promo code once you have completed the booking process. Bookaweb customer service cannot apply a code in these situations as well.
2. What happens in case of cancelation?
If you use a promo code when making a reservation and then cancel that reservation, the cancellation rules you agreed to when making the reservation will apply. You cannot use that same promo code for other bookings.
3. What if the host cancels the reservation?
If the host cancels the reservation you made using the promo code, the code will remain active and can be used for another reservation.
