En general todo muy bien. Sin embargo el desayuno merece una mención especial, abundante, variado y muy bien preparado. Sin embargo lo mejor es la atención de Johanna la anfitriona del lugar, amable, servicial, dispuesta a darte en el gusto en todo y ayudarte en lo que pueda. Hace de tus desayunos una gran experiencia.
Las habitaciones son bonitas, agradables, pero un poquito pequeñas, sin embargo están muy bien equipadas y todo funciona perfectamente. Las camareras son excelentes, muy buen aseo diario. La ubicación es buena a un par de cuadras del centro de. Al lado hay un excelente restaurante y varios muy cerca.Un supermercado y farmacia al frente. El hotel tiene estacionamiento propio muy amplio.

Cons:

Que las ventanas sean pequeñas y con un filtro para el sol. Que las habitaciones no dispongan de caja fuerte.

Gostei que era silencioso, ar condicionado e chuveiro bom, a limpeza era boa também! E pedimos para eles guardaram nossas malas por uns dias também, eles guardaram, bem bacana da parte deles.

Cons:

Do atendimento de um funcionário da recepção, nos dois dias que estivemos lá pudemos observar a falta de vontade em atender. Também não tem elevador, você leva suas malas sozinho pela escada já que o funcionário mal e mal olha no olho para atender, quem dirá ajudar com as malas

Solo estuvimos una noche y la habitación estaba limpia, el desayuno a la carta fue realmente espectacular y la atención del personal impecable.

Pros:

Hotel com instalações novas e ótima localização, em 10 minutos a pé você chega na região do Porto, 13 minutos no terminal de ônibus. Café da manhã sem comentários, perfeito!!! Buffet não faz falta nenhuma, as opções no cardápio são bem servidas e saborosas, agradeço demais a funcionária Joana, super simpática, paciente, uma das únicas colaboradoras no hotel que se esforçava para se comunicar, simpática e tinha muita empatia com os hóspedes. Se estiver com dúvida onde se hospedar, fecha a hospedagem com o Victoria City Hotel, eles são excelentes!!!

Cons:

Atendimento da recepção, o funcionário da noite do dia 22.04 se esforçava o mínimo no atendimento.
