Genuinely historic with a beautiful classic update in the heart of old Salzburg.
Pros:

Loved the friendly staff and quality of hotel.
Cleanliness and hospitality. Breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

We had 3 rooms. The single room was too small even for 1 person. It would have been great if 2 rooms could have accommodated all 5 of us.
Other than that an extra towel would have been nice.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit gelungenem Mix aus alt und neu.

A characterful haven in the heart of the old town
Pros:

A charming old hotel, very centrally located in the Altstadt, just off Mozart Platz, so everywhere was easily walkable. All staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, very good English spoken if you need it. The room was large and had charm and character, warm and comfortable, quiet, and good to spend hours of rest in. A fine breakfast spread .... and they provided gluten free options.

Cons:

Take your own handcream and shampoo if you need it, but they likely even provide that if you ask.
