Pros:

Muy buenas las instalaciones, todo limpio y bien cuidado. Muy buen servicio del personal, muy atentos. Buen desayuno, buena ubicación para ir a las Termales, al parque principal y zona de restaurantes. También muy cerca de Villa de Leyva, Sutamarchan, Tinjaca y Raquira.

Cons:

No sirvió el agua caliente.

Pros:

Excelente atención, siempre muy atentos. Eramos un grupo bastante grande, nos ayudaron en todo, muy serviciales y el hotel muy limpio y cómodo.
