We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The staff were so kind and attentive, the room was beautiful and spotless, and the view was simply stunning. The delicious meal at the Michelin-starred restaurant, the lovely beach, and the thoughtful gift waiting in our room made our visit truly unforgettable.

Gorgeous historic hotel with serious service issues
Pros:

Beautiful historic hotel right in the waterfront

Rooms are spacious and well appointed

The bar, restaurant and beach area is aesthetically lovely

Cons:

Can’t get a coffee after 9pm despite the staff literally drinking them in front of us

Asked to pay €35 for sunbeds despite being guests (later corrected)

Getting luggage assistance from the nearby port or a 1 hour late checkout seem to be impossible expectations - service is really pretty lack lustre. We feel invisible to be honest despite extending our stay.,

Worst Mojito I’ve ever had and €5 for a bottle of water is outrageous especially given the government regulates this
