Categories

Cleanliness
7
Generally reported as clean and recently renovated by several guests, but multiple reports of mouldy bathrooms and some maintenance issues lowered the score.
Service
8.5
Staff frequently described as friendly, helpful and welcoming (including pet-friendly reception), though a few guests reported an unhelpful/insisting receptionist in one instance.
Location
9
Multiple mentions of an excellent, central location with sea/viewfront rooms and convenience for catching ferries; parking in front noted as a plus.
Room Quality
6.5
Rooms are clean and some recently renovated, but several guests reported very small or cramped rooms (triple room with squeezed beds), lack of wardrobe/space, and some dated bathroom issues.
Amenities
7
Free parking availability and pet-friendly policy are positives; however, limited in-room storage, inconsistent parking availability per listing, and some broken fixtures reduce the score.
Value for Money
9
Repeatedly praised as excellent value for money by many guests; considered a good budget option for short stays.
Food and Beverage
6
Breakfast/food received multiple negative comments — described as poor quality with limited options across several reviews.
Overall Experience
7
Overall stays are positive for short/transit visits due to location, friendly staff and value; however, room size, breakfast quality and occasional maintenance issues temper the overall impression.

Regular.
Pros:

Lo céntrico que era.

Cons:
