Pros:

My recent stay at InterContinental Dhaka was truly an unforgettable and wonderful experience for me and my family. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth, professionalism, and outstanding hospitality that made us feel very special.
First of all, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Oliver Loreaux for his kind welcome and thoughtful hospitality. His warm attitude and attention to guests truly reflect the high standards of service that make this hotel exceptional.
A special thanks also goes to the Duty Managers Jakir, Susmita, and Sumi. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to assist made our stay extremely comfortable and memorable. They were always attentive, ensuring that every detail of our stay was perfect.
We would also like to highly appreciate the amazing Club Lounge Team. Their service was simply outstanding. The team members were always friendly, welcoming, and very attentive to guests' needs. The Club Lounge atmosphere, delicious breakfast, and excellent service made our mornings start with a big smile every day.
The entire experience — from the warm welcome, the excellent service, the beautiful environment, and the professional team — made our stay truly special. My family and I felt very comfortable and well taken care of throughout our visit.

As Always Best Stay During my Stay

Great experience
Pros:

The Balaka International Lounge in Dhaka is managed by Intercontinental. The experience is very good always. The staff are polite and courteous. Mr Jibon was very helpful this time when I visited the lounge.
