Ontzettend behulpzaam personeel. Centrale gelegen, op loopafstand van de bezienswaardigheden. Heerlijk ontbijt, keuze uit meerdere opties.

Excelente ubicacion y atencion , el desayuno muy bueno, nos tocó una habitacion muy pequeña pero nos la cambiaron porque era incomoda, el hotel muy bonito.
Cercanía al centro (plaza principal), en general es limpio. El desayuno estuvo bien y la atención de Laura también.
Un problema grave el uso de la tina y la ducha (si, solo quieres ducha), el agua se sale por todo lado.
La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de la plaza de armas y otros lugares de interés. Incluso, bastante cerca de la terminal de autobuses si es que te moves por ese medio.
Quiero hacer una mención especial para Alfonso, definitivamente su amabilidad le suma muchísimos puntos al hotel. Me ayudó mucho recomendándome donde comer y qué visitar. Hagan el tiempo para conversar con él, es el vivo ejemplo de la calidez colombiana.
Entre otras cosas, el desayuno es muy bueno y hay espacios para disfrutar un ratito lejos de los teléfonos, la casa me pareció lindisima y acogedora.
La atención y el servicio, casi personalizado, el personal muy atento y amable.
La ducha puede ser un poco incómoda.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente.
la habitación estandar es demasiado pequeña, no tiene donde poner la maleta, no tiene una mesa de noche donde quepa un celular, incomoda, no tiene tv, no tiene como comunicarse con recepción, el baño no es privado, mucho ruido y las camas durisimas e incomodas.
