Comfort, posizione e un’eccellente esperienza ETAGE7
Pros:

Esperienza complessivamente molto positiva e all'altezza degli standard di un hotel internazionale di alto livello.
La nostra camera era molto spaziosa, con un letto ampio e particolarmente comodo. Ottimo anche il bagno, di generose dimensioni, con grande doccia, doppio lavabo e prodotti di qualità.
Un vero punto di forza del soggiorno è stato ETAGE7, la lounge panoramica riservata. Durante tutta la giornata avevamo a disposizione piatti caldi e freddi, caffè, bevande, vini e cocktail, oltre a un ampio ed elegante salotto nel quale rilassarsi. Una sera abbiamo deciso di cenare direttamente lì e la qualità e la raffinatezza dei piatti proposti non ci hanno fatto rimpiangere un ristorante. Davvero un servizio capace di aggiungere valore al soggiorno.
Molto comodo anche il parcheggio direttamente sotto l'hotel, dal quale si raggiungono i piani con l'ascensore: particolarmente pratico per chi arriva a Salisburgo in automobile.
Infine, eccellente la posizione: l'hotel è accanto ai Giardini Mirabell e il centro storico di Salisburgo si raggiunge comodamente in pochi minuti a piedi.
Nel complesso, un'ottima esperienza, con camere confortevoli, servizi di alto livello e una posizione ideale per visitare la città. Sceglierei nuovamente una camera con accesso a ETAGE7.

Cons:

Non abbiamo riscontrato particolari aspetti negativi durante il soggiorno. Trattandosi di un grande hotel internazionale, il servizio segue standard molto elevati e consolidati; inevitabilmente l'esperienza può risultare un po' meno personale rispetto a quella offerta da strutture boutique di lusso, ma la qualità complessiva rimane eccellente.

Very good stay
Pros:

Our room was very spacious and cozy. Everything pretty new and clean. The location is good very close to the Mirabel gardens and the station. Lot of t Ed restaurants near by as well.

Cons:

The breakfast was just good and could be better coordinated. It was crowded and not so easy to find a table. For the five days we stayed in the hotel there were only a person doing all the omelets / eggs, creating a huge line to request something. We gave up to order because of the line.

Cons:

Very over priced ,paying for the name Sheraton ,have stayed in many Sheraton hotels and have rated ,
Pros:

Breakfast was ok , hot dishes were cold

Cons:

There was a black out for several hours and it was a big inconvenience as we had to walk the stairs to access our room and had no access to any facilities,yet we were not offered any compensation 👎

Won't be staying anywhere else in Salzburg - This is it!
Pros:

What an amazing stay. The location is absolutely perfect, the staff attentive - and the aircon works! Great breakfast, good bed and shower. We've used the very convenient parking with vallet service, and it worked out very well. They also provided a properly sized baby crib, which was much appreciated (as our toddler is tall). Very silent location as well.

Cons:

The pillow selection could be improved, as well as more options made available for room service.
