Fantastic weekend
Pros:

Excellent staff who are very kind and looking to meet guests expectation, helping us with useful recommendations. Locations is by my opinion the best in Salzburg, easily accessed by car and located just near by Mirabel garden and park.
Breakfast and restaurant was very delicious and worth of money.

Pros:

Good location and helpful staff. Didn’t eat in restaurant but bar food good.

Cons:

A couple of issues with room on arrival. Safe not working, sink stopper stuck and room phone not working. All issues were resolved by next day

A nice 5* hotel in a great location at a reasonable price. Impressive lobby area, underground parking and comfortable rooms.

Cons:

No swimming pool and sauna. Some waiters at the main restaurant are not up to 5* standard, while the restaurant itself is overpriced for what it is.

Top quality hotel & friendly service
Pros:

Like in 2025 we choose Sheraton Grand for the 2026 Mozartwoche. Service is exceptionally good and friendly. Sauna and gym recently were completely renovated. Upgraded to a junior suite. Our comfortable room had a desk & chair, bench, 2 club-chairs & coffee-table, TV, wardrobe with safe, tea & Nespresso facility and fridge, wardrobe with ironing facility, and an excellent kingsize bed. We had a nice bathroom with double washbasin, bath, shower, bidet & separate toilet. All was impeccably clean. The buffet breakfast again was excellent. The club-lounge at floor 7 offers finger-food and drinks. Sheraton Grand Salzburg is a most comfortable hotel. Highly recommended.

Wir haben ein Zimmer im letzten Stock erhalten mit Zutritt zur Clublounge, die all unsere Wünsche mehr als erfüllt hat und das alles im Preis inbegriffen! Uns hat der Aufenthalt wahnsinnig gut gefallen und wir hoffen sehr auf eine baldige Wiederholung.
