The staff that twice entered our room while we were inside with a "Do not disturb" sign on the door !

Pros:

Lots of restaurants in the area. Hot showers and good Wi-Fi though insecure without any password. Parking is plentiful.

Cons:

The facility is old. The room feels damp and maybe moldy. Breakfast includes hot items like sausage, eggs, biscuits, and waffles. Coffee was too dilute and terrible.
