Location was great.

Cons:

There was a smoke smell in the hallways. Room and common areas could be cleaner. Breakfast was lame. Not a very comfy room so did not sleep well.

Didn’t stay had to go to another hotel hope we get a refund
Pros:

We ended up not staying. My son is handicapped and the only room they had with two beds was on the second floor, and there is no elevator,which is what we had reserved a room with two beds so he cannot go steps. We hope we get our refund.

Cons:

No elevator should’ve had a room available on the first floor. We’ve stayed here multiple times.

Location, jacuzzi tub in room, connection to restaurant/bar

Cons:

Cleanliness wasn’t exactly up to par. Was given dirty towels. Possibly stained but looked dirty. Found a fake eyelash on a table when we first got into the room

Great location and attached restaurant/ bar. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The pool was so disgusting that I wouldn't have let my dog in it. Garbage floating in it. The TV remote didn't work so we had to wait for someone to come with a real remote from the front desk.

All in all nice place to stay and definitely would recommend it to others.
Pros:

The location was good. The staff was friendly! The beds were super comfortable! For the most part it was clean. The pool was very nice!

Cons:

A few things in the room could use attention. The picnic tables under pavilion near the pool needed attention because there was bird feces all over them.

Cons:

After an 11 hour drive I was awoken by the people in the next room becoming very loud while they were involved in intimacy. I called the front desk and no one answered phone so I went up there. Guess what no one. Then employee came from outside. I explained and she stated that she would call someone. It finally became quiet. I left at 5 am and the same person at desk. Tells me she called co worker but no one answered. I am will never stay at a Ramada again. Very disappointed!
