Pros:

It is a beautiful, comfortable, well located antique hotel although modern and clean on the interior and on the details.
Service was perfect always.

Cons:

It is worth the luxury price but breakfast was a bit overrated (expensive).

Beautiful Setting
Pros:

We stayed at their sister hotel in Seefeld, this hotel did not disappoint, beautiful hotel and perfectly positioned for walking the city. Lovely room with a view of the river / town. Very helpful and friendly staff. 100% recommend it

Ein perfekter Aufenthalt in einem sehr schönen Ambiente in einer wunderschönen Stadt.
Pros:

Es war unser zweiter Besuch in diesem Hotel und es wurde uns wieder das sehr hohe Qualitätsniveau bestätigt. Die Lage, das Ambiente, das Personal ........ alles Außergewöhnlich!

Cons:

Das Parken ist etwas schwierig (teilweise Umbau) und in der Raiffeisen-Parkgarage etwas teuer. Der Frühstücksraum ist etwas beengt, das Frühstück jedoch hervorragend.

Loved this hotel , location was great , it was traditional yet up to date quality fittings , exceptional bathroom and decorations . Staff were great .

Momentos especiais em Salzburgo
Pros:

O cuidado com o hóspede a todo momento. Hotel clássico, com um café da manhã diferenciado e personalizado aos seus pedidos. Opção de jantar com pratos finalizados a beira da mesa. Bar como boa opção para um final de tarde ou como opção de lanche (club sanduíche é uma boa opção). Boa cama e chuveiro bom.

Cons:

O quarto poderia ser maior em espaço, principalmente se você tiver malas grandes. Ocorreu uma falha com a reserva do jantar, mas foi corrigida. Travesseiros poderiam ser melhores e/ou com mais opções para este tipo de estadia. A academia possui poucos aparelhos e é apertada.
