Disappointing room and receptionist needs improvement.
Pros:

Best view of city centre, best view for breakfast at top floor and located near station.

Cons:

No kettle in room, toilet with no sink, shower room exposed with clear curtain as divider to room, no fridge, expensive, receptionist needs improvement in customer service as she only gave one key for one room instead of checking that i booked 3 rooms. No coffee machine.

Pros:

Gute Lage, netter Ausblick (da Zimmer im oberen Stockwerk gebucht)

Cons:

Zimmer sehr hellhörig - Gespräche am Gang, Türen der anderen Zimmer, … wird alles im Zimmer gehört

Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen - ziemlich stickige Luft, roch nach Putzmitteln

Frühstück hat zwar eine gute Auswahl, ist aber überteuert

Pros:

Modern, tall building, view of the city. Fridge in room.

Cons:

Not clean enough, dust on light fixtures and elsewhere, obviously not cleaned for a while. Open bathroom, open hangers instead of closet. Mediocre breakfast buffet.

Za příplatek super výhled, Blízko centra.
Pros:

- měli jsme dražší pokoj ve vyšším patře (11.patro) s nádherným výhledem na hrad.
- hotel má možnost parkování, ale nejde rezervovat a není neomezené.
- hotel má rooftop
- minibar v ceně (cola, pivo, voda), Někdo tu fotil i džusy, ty jsme neměli.
- první den u recepce výborná jablka a voda k pití. Další dny už jablka nebyla. A vodu se nadalo do ničeho nalít, chyběli skleničky.
- recepční umí anglicky
- recepční nám zakreslil do mapky památky (a konkurenční rooftop a asi spřátelenou restauraci)

Cons:

- ráno odejdete z pokoje a v minibaru máte plnou colu. vrátíte se a je otevřená a zbytek na dně. Hodně mě to naštvalo, odnesl jsem ji na recepci, že si ji může uklízečka už dopít. Dostal jsem voucher do rooftop, ale o to nejde. Je to hnus.
- musel jsem si říct o bezplatnou kartu na veřejnou dopravu. Čekal jsem na ni 10 minut, protože nejdříve musí obsloužit hosty na check in, kteří čekali za mnou (????!!!)
- v TV jim běží reklama, že při check out dostanu voucher 10 euro na další ubytování v jejich síti hotelů. Samozřejmě jsem nedostal nic.
- čistota na pokoji (prach)
- nenabídli nám přikoupení snídaně.
- špatné polštáře, velmi měkka matrace
- starší vybavení, chybí skříně, je tam jen torzo s policemi
- rooftop není pouze pro tento hotel, takže se tam večer sbíhají lidé z okolí. V sobotu večer (21:30) byl tak narvaný, že se nedalo nikam sednout. Odešli jsme.
- blízké nádraží není hezké místo na procházku, hodně bezdomovců, častá přítomnost policie
