L'hôtel était bien et idéalement situé près de la gare de train.

Cons:

Le personnel était désagréable, pas de façon mis à part un jeune homme qui était à la réception le premier soir de notre retour après notre première journée de visite. Il importe de mentionner que lorsque nous avons fait le check-in les 2 dames étaient non serviables. A titre d'exemple lorsque nous rentrons dans l'hôtel la préposée à la réception ne pouvait même pas lever ses yeux de son cellulaire. Nous nous sommes ensuite rendus à Vienne et le personnel et le service offert était à des années lumières du piètre service reçu au Arte. C'est certain que nous ne retournerons jamais à cet hôtel.
Aussi j'ai demandé si on pouvait me remettre un petit sac afin que je puisse y déposer quelques effets a laisser car notre chambre n'était pas prête, on m'a répondu que c'était impossible. A Vienne on m'a remis un sac sans hésitation.

A great location for proximity to town sights and the railway station. However the venue is a bit lacking in character.
Pros:

Great location, room was v comfortable. Great view from the room.

Cons:

The hotel does not seem particularly arty, just a bit stark with a lot of exposed concrete and black decor.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, junto a la estación central, si bien al río hay unos 20 minutos. A pesar de estar en una zona con mucho movimiento, en las habitaciones no se oía nada de ruido. La cama era cómoda y el desayuno variado

Mejorables los tiempos de espera para hacer el check in. A pesar de hacerlo online solo había una persona atendiendo y a partir de las 15 que es cuando entregan las habitaciones, se forma bastante cola

Pros:

Very clean rooms. Good facilities, parking on site but needs to pay. Reasonable breakfast and staff were helpful. In the prime location of Salzburg. Attractions are within walking sentence.

Cons:

Shower doesn't have either door or the privacy curtains. Staying with family of four, it was difficult task to take shower.
