Cons:

El administrador revendió nuestra estadía el día 13 de Enero, habíamos alquilado el 13 y el 16, sin embargo nos hospedó en otro hotel que es la esperanza 1, muy empolvado, sufro de rinitis lo que ocasionó que me enfermara

Had everything we needed, and the hosts were very friendly.
We much appreciated the window in the bathroom for ventilation.

Cons:

It‘s a bit far to walk to the center in the heat (complaining on a very high level ;-)).
The AC was turned off during the day.
