Glaros Petit Hotel

Stella, Alex, Clayda, and Chris couldn't have done more to make it a perfect holiday on Naxos. We stayed 4 nights in a room overlooking St Georges Beach......what a view and location. The hotel and our room were artistically decorated, the breakfast was delicious local gourmet food and touches like a bonus nightcap sets it apart from the rest. Go on....spoil yourself.

Excellent location—just a 5-minute walk to the main restaurants on St. George Beach and conveniently situated next to a large parking lot, perfect if you're renting a car. For a 2-star hotel, it far exceeded our expectations in terms of value for money with amenities that I only found at 4-star hotels. Every detail was thought out, from beach towels that they offer in a beach bag ready to go, a flat iron for your hair and even a lint roller! Impeccably clean, a large bathroom with a very good shower, comfortable bed and a fully stocked fridge with the best prices we have seen in a hotel.

However, the service was truly what set this place apart. Our ferry was cancelled due to weather, and we wouldn't have found out if it wasn't for the thoughtful lady at the reception, Stella, who remembered we were leaving to Paros and gave us a heads up in time to be able to arrange for a different time. The hotel was full, so we wouldn't have been able to extend our stay. She truly saved us from a lot of headaches, and we cannot thank her enough. She even tried calling on our behalf and gave us instructions on where to go to change our ferry tickets.

I would highly recommend this boutique hotel for your next stay in Naxos.

Amazing place right on the beach. Very very close walk to shopping and dining options.
Continental breakfast was out of this world and had new variations every day.
Small hotel with only 13 rooms so not busy and noisy at all!
Staff was absolutely the best! Stella was our main contact - she was prompt and quickly responded to any emails/questions even prior to arrival. Very helpful at every turn.
Klaida was also extremely helpful and was the nighttime staff person. Very friendly and always accessible as well.
Cristoph was very helpful with the bags and during the breakfast times.
HIGHLY recommend this place without a doubt and we would be staying here again on a return visit.

A perfect place to stay. Close to everything including the beach. Delicious breakfast and very warm hospitality. Stella answered all our questions and was very helpful for recommending places in the area. We will stay again if we return to Naxos.

We love Naxos and chose to stay here as we wanted to be by the sea and this hotel is so very convenient and had some awesome reviews. Due to changing ferry timetables we had to make a late change to when we stayed and the hotel was really accommodating and helpful. The hotel helped us organise a taxi to and from the port which was not all that far but probably too far to drag your cases from.

The room itself was great, my only feedback is that it is pretty cluttered and it would be much better to have some room to store my things rather than seeing stuff in the room. That said it didn’t take away the lovely hosts, rooms and location! Our room had a balcony and seats so that we could enjoy the views in the evening and we made best use of the views out to sea. The room was lovely and quiet and we slept so well there.

We did not get the breakfast as do not eat much in the morning, but it always looked very nice and is in a lovely room.

Fabulous boutique hotel with the best hands-on management team we’ve ever come across. Food and drinks were delicious and Alex Stella Cleida and Chris looked after us wonderfully. We really enjoyed the spacious 3rd floor terrace and hanging pod seats overlooking the sea that came with Room 11. The only thing that could have improved our experience would have been a bit more space for our bags in the room but it’s a testament to the wonderful service provided that this didn’t affect our enjoyment of staying at Hotel Glaros. We’ll be back!

Beautifully designed boutique hotel with a team wanting to make your stay special. Located perfectly for the beach and a short stroll into the town too. Real attention to detail with some very nice touches. And the best dry rose wine we have had during our travels in Greece.

Found bedroom storage a little impractical as we travel using packing cubes and limited shelf space and no drawers space. Also rail in wardrobe very high if you are shorter. These things didn’t spoil our stay.but just noting as an observation.

We had breakfast in the hotel just on one day of our stay as there were a good choices of places to go outside of hotel.

Liked the touch of providing beach towels in a beach bag.

We cannot recommend Glaros enough! The hotel was immaculately clean and Stella and team could not have been more helpful and welcoming. There were several “boutique” touches at Glaros that we loved. We would absolutely stay here again.

Our room had a beautiful view of the beach from our small balcony.

The location is perfect - a very short walk to town and there is convenient parking nearby.

We stayed here for eleven nights and were sad to leave. Incredibly helpful staff, a small but immaculate and well-equipped room with powerful shower, efficient air-con, imaginative buffet breakfasts and fresh beach towels given to us in a beach bag every day. We felt the location was perfect, right at the northern end of St George’s Bay, hardly thirty paces from the huge sandy beach yet only a pleasant ten minute walk to the centre of Naxos town with its many restaurants and ferry port. The view from the spacious terrace, shared by the three top rooms which open off it, is stunning, perfect for sunset watching and also lovely after dark. We usually had it to ourselves but enjoyed chatting there, over a glass of wine, with one or two other guests.

Comfortable bed, nicely furnished room that provides everything necessary (hair straighteners, hair dryer, clothes brush, toiletries etc). Great bathroom. Very efficient AC. Balcony looking over top of beach restaurants to sea.
The réception staff are beyond friendly and polite and will do everything to make your stay comfortable.
Excellent breakfast but if you cannot eat gluten quite limiting - although I did forget to tell them. I would have preferred to be offered a simple fruit and yogurt or omelette.
Negative points, the room is small and there is only space to stow one small suitcase. So many (tasteful) ornaments, plants and lights in room I found it too much and would have liked to sweep it all away. It made the small space feel more cluttered than it really was. I had the impression the hotel was trying just a bit too much!
With price of the hotel charging 0,50€ for a Nespresso capsule felt very mean.

From start to finish our stay in Glaros was perfection. Stella was fantastic at communicating even before we arrived. Through our stay Stella, Clayda, Alex and Chris made sure we had everything we needed and more. We felt like we were the only guests there because they were so attentive. The room we had was extremely clean and stylish, with a stunning view of the beach. Air conditioning was perfect and all the little thoughtful touches around were so appreciated. We will be back as soon as we can.. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay so special. A special extra thanks to Stella for all of her local recommendations, which we tried, our absolute favourite being the Salatouri salad in Meze2 Restaurant.

Amazing place, spot on location, outstanding food and hugely friendly staff. Alex and Stella made everything in order to make us feeling as we were at home and they cracked it! My wife and I really felt at home! We will certainly come back! Strongly recommend this place

This hotel was absolutely fantastic. It’s even better in the flesh than you could imagine. The location is a breath away from the beach. The staff were outstanding just fantastic. The room was perfect and had absolutely everything you could need. This hotel should be rated as a 4 star it had everything you could possibly need. Spotlessly clean and a great vibe..cannot wait to return..😊

This hotel is everything you dream of when you think "Greek Islands vacation." It is literally steps from the beach. The rooms atr beautiful and comfortable, the food is great, the staff is lovely and accommodating. Couldn't be happier!

We have stayed at this hotel twice as the first time was so great we booked to go again. The rooms are relaxing and all have a balcony. All the staff are super friendly and relaxed. The breakfast is optional but should be tried at least once! It’s in a great location close on the beach and restaurant.

This is wonderful small hotel a short stroll from the main town area of Naxos. There is also beach area adjacent to it with many bars and eateries nearby.
We booked direct with the hotel and correspondance was responded to quickly. The hotel also arranged for our collection from the port.
The room we booked was superior room number 13 which was cosy, clean and comfortable with unique design touches. A pillow menu was available for the ample sized bed and there is a mini bar in the room.
The manager and reception staff were so very friendly, helpful and accomodating. We were given a welcome glass of wine, advice on where to go and where was good to eat.
Breakfast was lovely. Various different pastries, breads, yogurts and hot food were in the buffet and we could enjoy it on the balcony overlooking the sea.
The hotel also has an indoor hot tub area which was an added bonus.
We didn't want to leave.

Absolutely top-notch hotel! My husband and our adult daughter occupied 2 of their 3rd floor Superior rooms with sea view and shared outdoor lounge. Immaculate modern rooms and bathrooms, outstanding breakfast and service! Their staff went the extra mile to mail an item to us that we'd inadvertently left behind. Kudos and many thanks to them! Highly recommend. We'll definitely stay there again when we return to Naxos (we loved the town, BTW).

This is a lovely, small hotel right at St. George's beach. It's a five minute walk to Naxos town (an even shorter walk to many of the restaurants and shops that line the streets leading into the main town). The beach is long and offers a beautiful view toward Paros. It provides many options for umbrellas, swimming, and restaurants all along the beach. The hotel also offered beach towels for their guests to use.

The hotel itself is just lovely -- always clean, beautifully decorated, with a wonderful staff that seem to enjoy interacting with their guests. They were always friendly and helpful. The room (we had a Jr. Suite) was spacious, clean, very pretty, with floor to ceiling windows and a spacious bathroom and shower. There are lots of small touches that add to an already enjoyable experience -- the lavender sachets for the pillows, the extra styling tools for hair, the option for the extremely good buffet breakfast. It was quiet and restful when we were there, but always felt like the life of the town was going on all around you.

We would definitely recommend Hotel Glaros, and will definitely stay again when we return to Naxos.
