Excelente Hotel con atención genial

Pedimos huevos fritos, y revueltos y la srita con amabilidad nos lo preparó muy ricos, la zona es excelente cerca de todo, y los chicos de recepción super serviciales, la habitación cómoda ideal para un buen descanso volveremos sin duda

La ubicación era buena, cerca de los puntos de interés. La habitación era pequeña pero era cómoda. En cada piso hay agua caliente para que puedas hacerte un mate de coca, ideal para sobrellevar el mal del altura

Lo staff è molto gentile, ci hanno aiutato già prima della partenza nell'organizzazione dei nostri tour intorno a Puno. Anche se più volte abbiamo dovuto ricordare loro le nostre prenotazioni perché non le ritrovavano. Ci hanno dato la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli quando abbiamo dormito all'isla del So e sul lago Titicaca. È a due passi dalla Piazza principale. Buono il servizio lavanderia che abbiamo usufruito per 2 volte a un prezzo davvero molto basso. I letti sono molto comodi.

La struttura è un po' datata e ha bisogno di una sistemata
Il primo giorno avevamo una camera con vista muro. Il nostro bagno aveva la doccia senza acqua calda per due sere di seguito. Tornando a Puno sceglierei una struttura diversa

Pros:

Limpeza do hotel é ótima e funcionários educados e prestativos. Na recepção eles vendem água, o que é muito propício, especialmente quando os tours saem bem cedo ou voltam bem tarde. Quarto e banheiro bem confortáveis.

Cons:

Café da manhã poderia ter um bolo doce ou um cookie ou bolacha.
