Absolute Empfehlung
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel. Stilvoll ein eingerichtete Zimmer.
Hervorragendes Frühstück. Sehr guter Service!
Zentrale Lage.

Cons:

Die Parksituation ist schwierig. Man muss in ein öffentliches Parkhaus fahren. Die hohen Kosten (40€ pro Tag) werden aber zum Teil vom Hotel übernommen.

Tolle Lage. Leider finden derzeit rund um das Hotel Bauarbeiten statt, sodass die Umgebung zeitweise etwas an eine Cross-Country-Strecke erinnert.

Die Zimmer sind hervorragend – durchdacht und funktional gestaltet, mit hochwertigen Materialien und einer erstklassigen Verarbeitung. Die Inneneinrichtung ist absolut top.

Das Frühstück ist einfach perfekt und das gesamte Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Klimaanlage bläst etwas stark in Richtung der Betten, ist aber nichts Dramatisches. Insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel.

Very clean, spacious and comfortable rooms, nicely furnished with very comfortable beds. Very helpful staff.

Cons:

The hotel does not have its own parking. You can get a discount ticket for the municipal parking, but it is still quite expensive

Cons:

Camera Classic

La camera con affaccio su strada è risultata estremamente rumorosa, al punto da non consentire di tenere la finestra aperta; l’alternativa interna dà su un parcheggio, quindi altrettanto poco gradevole.
La dotazione della camera classic è apparsa piuttosto essenziale e non del tutto coerente con uno standard 4 stelle: mancavano cuffia doccia e body lotion, entrambi richiesti in reception.
A seguito della segnalazione per il rifornimento dello shampoo/doccia, la bottiglia vuota è rimasta in camera per due giorni senza essere sostituita ( foto).



Infine, il telefono in camera era non funzionante a causa del cavo danneggiato (documentato in foto).

Nel complesso, esperienza al di sotto delle aspettative per la categoria della stanza dichiarata.

Es war ein sehr angenehmer und schöner Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Hervorragendes Frühstück, wirklich sehr gut. Sehr freundlicher Service im ganzen Hotel und beim Frühstück. Das Parkhaus ist sehr gut erreichbar.
