Pros:

If I go to Salzburg again, I would choose this hotel once more. The location and atmosphere were excellent, the staff were very helpful, and it was close to the city center. The hotel had an authentic vibe, the room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

Breakfast was not provided at the hotel during that period, and our room was in the attic, which caused some discomfort.

Pros:

It was so clean and warm. Perfectly placed for an easy stay in Salzburg. All the staff were kind and helpful, especially as I had to find another nights stay due to a plane strike and they managed to keep me in the same room on a busy weekend - such a relief.

Beautiful hotel, efficient, helpful staff, we should have been notified about the building work.
Pros:

The room was lovely, the bed and quilt top quality.

Cons:

The bathroom door was not very private, you could see and hear what was going on in there. There was building work going on in the hotel, Booking.com, should have told us about this.

Pas d infos avant l’arrivée à l’hôtel de la Salle petit déjeuner. En. Travaux nécessite de sortir de l’hôtel pour prendre le pdj dans un autre hôtel du groupe : 5 min à pied : tres bon petit déjeuner (varié et frais)

Excellent hôtel au coeur de Salzbourg
Pros:

Personnel très attentif et agréable, ils nous ont même surclassés dans une chambre refaite à neuf pour que je sois plus proche de l'ascenseur, marchant avec des béquilles. Nous ont demandé un feedback. Chambre et SDB ultra spacieuse et confortable, literie au top, Petites attentions pour Pâques. Bien placé à proximité de tout, en transports ou à pieds. Comme l'espace restaurant était en rénovation, ils nous ont proposé en compensation d'aller prendre le petit déj à un prix très compétitif dans un autre hôtel à 5mn, excellent buffet sur un joli rooftop. Bref, très orienté client, rien à dire.

Cons:

Dû aux travaux, pas vraiment d'espace commun, mais comme dit, Chambre tellement bien et geste commercial pour le petit déj, donc ça ne nous a pas dérangés.
