Nice, modern hotel within walking distance to the sights.
Pros:

Large, recently updated rooms with modern amenities such as built-in USB and USB-C wall chargers. Walk-in shower with large shower head. Staff is helpful and accommodating. Lots of coffee are shops nearby and there is a drugstore across the street. Bars are a short walk away.

Cons:

Windows are soundproofed but when opening them, the street sounds are very present. Breakfast is 29€ which is too expensive.

Why it’s listed as a 4 star hotel with parking?
Pros:

Location is ok

Cons:

Not sure why the hotel is rated as 4 stars. There is no parking garage (you have to park in a public parking) , old and dated rooms, no place to load and unload the car, no breakfast or restaurant. The room has a desk but no chair. There is an armchair in the room but too low to be used for the desk.

Am Mirabellplatz gelegen, von außen unscheinbares Haus, drin ein kleines aber wirklich feines Hotel.

Cons:

Etwas mehr Phantasie in der Namensgebung, auf einer Strecke von 500 Meter gibt es drei Hotel mit fünf Eingängen, die alle den selben Namen mit winzigen Variationen haben, das ist sehr verwirrend, vor allem im Dunkeln und mit Gepäck
