Cons:

Niente da recriminare, apparte il portiere serale che è stato molto sgarbato. Era sempre fuori a fumare e quando sono arrivato,nonostante avessi la prenotazione sul telefono mi ha detto che non c'era nessuna prenotazione a mio nome, sostenendo con tono molto indispettito che avessi sbagliato hotel. A Forza che insistere ha fatto un controllo piu approfondito e la prenotazione c'era. In tutto questo nemmeno si è scusato!

A great location for a quality hotel
Pros:

The morning reception man with the suit was exceptional, unfortunately, didn't manange to catch his name. Probably in his late 30's if it helps.

Zimmer sauber/Rezeption sehr unfreundlich

Das Zimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet.

Cons:
