Freundliches Personal
Pros:

Lage war in Ordnung. Das Frühstück war ausreichend, leider zu wenig hausgemachte Sachen. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Der kalte Boden aus Fliesen im Zimmer hat uns überhaupt nicht gefallen, weil das die Gemütlichkeit eindeutig abnimmt.

Pros:

The service was very good, location and room was very pleasant.

Cons:

Breakfast warm options were very limited. However tasty. It was their only downside. There was not coffee or tea at the room, just at the reception. However when you are tired it is something nice to have it by hand

Gute Lage
Pros:

Die Lage ist wirklich gut, unweit von Museen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Cons:

In vielerlei Hinsicht ist das kein Viersternhotel. Das Zimmer war nur bedingt sauber, Staub, Haare, sogar ein Schokoladenpapier unter dem Bett. Das Frühstück bestand aus Früchten aus der Dosen, Kaffee aus der Thermoskanne, der Rezeptionist (am Morgen des 27./28.4.) im T-Shirt.
Das WLAN funktionierte im Zimmer nur sehr sporadisch. Zudem ist der Zugang nicht barrierefrei (4 Treppenstufen).
