An excellent stay in an amazing city!
Pros:

The location and the view from my room were fantastic. The room and the bathroom were clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were all professional and very polite and really helpful when I needed assistance.

Cons:

I wish I could watch more english movies on TV.

Exceptional customer service and the most enjoyable stay
Pros:

Perfect welcoming staff starting from the checkin at the reception, room service, house keeping and finally restaurant team who was exceptional in their service by all means, it’s the most welcoming hotel team I stayed in since years

Charming and historic hotel in fantastic location
Pros:

Charming historic Cairo hotel in crazy good location near the ocean, Alexandria Library and major museums and archeological sites. Fun touches like old fashioned hand operated elevators; staff spoke fluent English.

Room was comfortable and services like room service and breakfast restaurant were good. Prices were at the higher end for Egypt but very reasonable by European/ US standards.

Cons:

Room got a bit hot and temp controls were not apparent.
