Miss Gena the receptionist was very kind, polite and helpful .
Breakfast was very excellent, the staff during breakfast time were very helpful.

Everything was well organized, and all the staff were friendly and always willing to make us happy. The room cleanliness was excellent, and I would especially like to mention Ms. Randa from the housekeeping department for her great effort and kindness. Everything was wonderful.”
The rooms only need darker blackout curtains so that sunlight does not come through during sunrise while sleeping. Thank you.”

But anything on the desk is free I ate biscuits they charge me 335 Egyptian pound
