Pros:

Very comfortable bed. Room was a good size with good lighting. Staff were lovely and helpful. There is a bar area and restaurant and breakfast was very good with lots of options. You can buy drinks and snacks at a self serve area in the foyer.

Cons:

Location is a short bus journey from the centre but the hotel issues free city transport passes so this was not a problem.

Cons:

Die Klima schaltete sich in der Nacht mehrmals ein obwohl fast noch Winter ist.. Das Geräusch ist ein unangenehmes Blubbern und weckte mich öfter auf.

Average hotel with a good location
Pros:

Stayed at this hotel for three days in December. Good thing about this property was that it was very close to bus, tram and railway station. While the hotel is slightly away from the city centre, it is well connected by bus and it took hardly 10 mins to reach the city centre.

The room was small but cozy. The hotel was well maintained. Breakfast was decent but the spread can have more options given its an Accor group 4* hotel.

Staff at reception were quite friendly. They guided us on public transport and christmas markets to see. Otherwise housekeeping service needs improvement.

Angenehmer Kurzaufenthalt in der Stadt Salzburg
Pros:

Ich wurde von der Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption äußerst freundlich empfangen. Das Check-In war schnell und unkompliziert. Das Hotelzimmer war sauber und das Bett sehr bequem. Ebenso freundlich und positiv war das Check-Out. Die Lage des Hotels ist relativ zentral und vor allem nur wenige Gehminuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt.

Cons:

Ich habe keine negativen Aspekte / Wahrnehmungen erlebt.
