Angenehmer Kurzaufenthalt in der Stadt Salzburg
Pros:

Ich wurde von der Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption äußerst freundlich empfangen. Das Check-In war schnell und unkompliziert. Das Hotelzimmer war sauber und das Bett sehr bequem. Ebenso freundlich und positiv war das Check-Out. Die Lage des Hotels ist relativ zentral und vor allem nur wenige Gehminuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt.

Cons:

Ich habe keine negativen Aspekte / Wahrnehmungen erlebt.

Wohlfühlaufenthalt
Pros:

Frühst Zimmer im Internet gebucht. Vor Ort war noch Frühstück und Kurtaxe zu bezahlen. Beim Checkout wurde ich aufmerksam gemacht, dass ich vor Ort durch einen Irrtum zu viel bezahlt hätte. Das Geld wurde mir sofort rücküberwiesen. Ich wäre nicht auf die Mehrkosten aufmerksam geworden. Eine Ehrlichkeit, die das hohe Niveau dieses Hauses beweist.?

Cons:

In der Dusche befindet sich der Duschkopf auf einer Stange, die Befestigungen waren ramponiert und haben schlecht gehalten. Der Boden rutschig, da nicht rutschfest ausgestaltet und leider keine Möglichkeit sich beim Verlassen anzuhalten.

Tolles, sauberes Hotel in einer guten Lage!
Pros:

Sehr schönes, nicht zu großes Hotel im einer sehr guten Lage.
Sehr gut für die Ausflüge in die Stadt aber auch für Radfahrer, die die Umgebung erkunden möchten.
Die Zimmer waren sehr Sauber, ich fand sie nur etwas zu warm. Das ist aber mein subjektives Gefühl.

Wir haben das Frühstücksbuffet in Anspruch genommen. Es gab für jeden Was, auch Spiegeleier oder Omelette konnten wir bestellen.

Rundum war es ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!

Cons:

Das Hotel verfügt über einen Parkplatz und eine Tiefgarage. Da müsste man zzgl.20€ pro Tag bezahlen. Ich denke, bei so einem Hotel sollte der Parkplatz im Preis sein.

Dass ich ein Upgrade bekommen habe für die spontan zusätzlich gebuchte Nacht und dass meinem Wunsch das Zimmer auf einer höheren Etage und ruhig entsprochen wurde 😀

Cons:

Manchmal hat abends die Klimaanlage/Heizung laut gekluckst.

Bookingden müsaitlik olırsaerken check in yapılabilir diye mail gelmişti. Oda boş olduğu halde erken almadılar erken check in için extra ücret istediler.Hiç etik bulmadım....

Pros:

Tolles Hotel. Sehr nette Angestellte. Sehr gute Lage. Bushaltestelle ganz nah. Zimmer sauber, alles da. Viel Auswahl beim Frühstück. Bar Angestellte außergewöhnlich zuvorkommend und freundlich.
