Cons:

The behaviour of receptionist is very poor regarding extending check out time, they should respect all guests not specific ones.

Another thing is that the room service employee (girl one) didn’t respect the privacy of the room and she open the door immediately while me and my family was there inside.

寝具が最高！
Pros:

駅から近かったです。治安がよさそうなところでしたので、夜、遅くても問題なさそうでした。
部屋も広くて快適でした。寝具が最高！

Cons:

スリッパがあると、さらに良かったです。^_^

A Pretty Hotel Conveniently Located
Pros:

I was with a group for solo travellers. The hotel was a short distance from the Old Town, which is where vacationers usually want to go. The room was lovely, very clean, service was good and the breakfast was excellent.

The staff were exceptional - that was the 'stand out' for me.
Breakfast was good. The location was convenient for the station and also the city centre.

Great location in a nice and tidy hotel.
Pros:

The hotel was in a great location about 10 minutes walk from the city center, in a quiet area. The parking possibility is a big advantage as well. Veyr clean facility, room modern, clean and tidy. Friendly personnel. My wife has milk and dairy products allergy - the personnel at breakfast was very helpful to prepare for her breakfast at wish.
We will for sure come back!

Cons:

Nothing to complain about. Important for us was parking, cleanness, friednliness of the staff and wilingness to help my wife with milks allergy food for breakfast. These all aspects were fulfilled.
