Wenn man den Zimmerservice mal auslässt, erhält man 2 Getränkegutscheine für die Bar - tolle Idee

Cons:

Die Zimmer werden mit schallisoliert angepriesen.
Sind sie leider nicht oder zumindest unseres nicht. Wir konnten die Nachbarn sehr deutlich verstehen.

Freundliches Personal, schön gestaltete Zimmer

Das Hotel haben wir ausgewählt, da es als "inklusive Parkplatz" beworben wird. Vor Ort stand allerdings kein Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Die verfügbaren Parkplätze können nicht reserviert werden und waren in unserem Fall nicht verfügbar. Weiterhin bedeutet "inklusive Parkplatz" für dieses Hotel, dass sie eine Zusatzgebühr von 21€/24h berechnen, sofern überhaupt ein Parkplatz verfügbar ist.
Wir haben eine höhere Zimmerkategorie gebucht, uns wurde allerdings trotzdem ein Standartzimmer zugewiesen. Erst nach meiner Reklamation und mehreren Telefonaten konnten wir das Zimmer auf die gebuchte Kategorie wechseln.

Fantastic Hotel
Pros:

From the "Hello and Welcome" to the "thank you and goodbye" the service and hotel was excellent.
Central location for everything. The staff couldn't be more helpful. When we asked about the buses, they provided us with a ticket that lasted us for our stay and unlimited travel. It's a half hour walk to the train station, and the staff there couldn't be more helpful.
The hotel was clean and tidy. If you didn't want your room cleaned everyday, you were given a voucher for a free drink at the bar! The rooms had everything you need, including a kettle. Toiletries were also supplied. Free WIFI too.
We didn't eat at the hotel, but the food looked lovely.
We are looking to come back at the end of the year!

A solid budget offering just a short 15 minute walk to the old town of Salzburg
Pros:

Decent location in a quite part of the city only a short walk to the old town.

Cons:

Rooms were quite dark. The Hotel allows dogs and there was a dog on the 5th floor which apparently been left unattended by it's owners - leaving the dog upset and barking/whining.

Cons:

Nós viajamos com duas crianças. País e duas crianças e reservamos com antecedência pedindo quartos conjugados. Nos deram quartos separados e distantes . Disseram que uma família tinha chegado antes. Ora se reservamos e pagamos porque não garantiram o pedido dando essa desculpa esfarrapada . No mais o hotel é muito bom e com garagem boa .

Rooms well fitted. Beds and pillows extremely comfortable!

Cons:

One of the staff members, u fortunately. She gave us an already in use” room at check in. I had to go back (concerning about the overall security) and when I told her she only made a sound like “ehhh” never apologising just re-programming the key and overwriting the new last room number on top of the previous one for such reason there are people who would ask for compensation. Luckily we aren’t pirates cause would have been a grand opportunity to quickly check and take what others had inside their room… (not good)

NICE HOTEL !
Pros:

The best thing about this hotel is definitely the location – it is simply perfect. It’s within walking distance of the city center and right next to a beautiful pedestrian street filled with restaurants and charming little shops.
Breakfast was good with a wide selection of food, ensuring there is something for everyone’s taste.
Regarding the rooms, they were okay but nothing special. I wasn't overly impressed as they are quite small, especially the bathroom area. Also, the beds could definitely be more comfortable.
I must also note that the check-in process was quite slow. I don't think the reception staff is to blame (the gentleman at the desk was exceptionally kind and professional), but rather their system seems to be very slow. Since we travel frequently and always stay in 4 or 5-star hotels, we have a good basis for comparison.
The hotel has a garage, but we couldn't use it due to our vehicle's height (an SUV with a roof box), so we used public street parking nearby. It was a bit of a struggle to find a spot since they are limited, but we eventually managed.
Overall, we are satisfied with our stay and would consider returning to this hotel in the future.

Wonderful stay at NH Collection Salzburg

Since the moment I arrived during check in I was greeted in a friendly manner, rooms are wonderful and I have to say breakfast was among the best I have had in hotels of this type, so I congratulate NH Collection Salzburg
