Unfortunately, a series of room, privacy, and management issues made our stay disappointing.

Cons:

1- Cleanliness: Hair on the bed blanket and bedding was not properly cleaned.
2- Bed: Bed squeaked with even slight movement.
3- Bathroom: Bathroom door could not be locked.
4- Privacy: Housekeeping opened the room despite the "Do Not Disturb" sign.
5- Management: Hotel manager responded only shortly before checkout despite repeated requests.

A bárban lassú volt a kiszolgálás, 2 korsó sörre 25 percet vártunk. A hétfői reggeli a vasárnapi maradék volt, megszáradva....
A recepción rosszul állították ki többször is a számlát, több időt töltöttünk ott, mint a szobában.
A szoba poros volt, a fürdőben a wc szóra se érdemes.
A szobákhoz tartozó kártyák is hol működtek,hol nem.
Ezért az árért sokkal színvonalasabb szolgáltatást kellene nyújtani. 2 nappal a fizetés és távozás után, még mindig problémák voltak a számlával, amit háromszori telefonos ügyintézés után se tudtak megoldani... legalább egy olyan recepciós kellene aki beszél és ért is németül.

Heerlijk verblijf in hartje Salzburg.

Super fijne locatie, eigen parkeergarage onder hotel (tegen betaling), behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel

Cons:

Schoonmaak kan iets beter. Vloerbedekking in de gangen verouderd. Kamer heeft houten vloer en is gemoderniseerd.

"The location is very good. The staff was nice at times, but not always. The hotel is old, which is especially noticeable in the hallways and carpets. One day, we came back to the hotel around 3 PM and our room still hadn't been cleaned."

Good location, within walking distance of the town center and several restaurants.
The room was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped, including a refrigerator and a coffee & tea station.
The bathroom was also spotless and well stocked.

Cons:

Parking is not included in the room rate and costs an expensive €29 per night.
The parking garage is quite small, with limited and tight parking spaces.
The alternative was a public parking that require walking with your luggage.
