Pros:

The hotel was excellent. Being located on a main street makes it already feel very central, with everything close by. If you want to visit Mozart’s Birthplace, it’s only about a 10-minute walk, which is very convenient.
The room was nice and clean. The mattress is quite firm, so it might not be ideal for those who prefer a softer bed and could cause some neck discomfort. Overall, though, it was a great stay.

Cons:

On the downside, when we arrived around 16:00, there was already no parking available at the hotel, so we had to park about a 7-minute walk away. In public garage.
Make sure to ask the hotel for a parking card, otherwise you may have to pay a few extra euros.

Cons:

A bit dark in terms of decor , room was quite small as was the bathroom - safe did not work and there was no bottle of water in the room as had been promised - receptionist came and sorted the safe out and brought the water after being asked . There was not guide to who to call on the in room telephone . Limited hotel parking meant using the municipal one down the road . Breakfast was functional .

La habitación que nos dieron era peor de lo que mostraban las fotos, con un baño y ducha mucho más pequeño, y las paredes estaban llenas de rayones y algo de suciedad, y la moqueta tenía bastantes manchas.
Además, para mi sorpresa no había secador en la habitación. No sé si el personal lo verificó antes de nuestro check-in. Tuve que llamar a recepción a pedir uno y resulta que no tenían ningún secador de repuesto. La única solución que me dieron fue secarme el pelo en otra habitación del mismo piso que estaba vacía. Recorrer el pasillo con la toalla en la cabeza :D. Agradezco que me atendieran, aunque fuera con una solución incómoda, pero me sorprendió encontrarme con esta situación en un hotel NH Collection. Es una cadena en la que he confiado durante muchos años. Diría que mi experiencia fue más de 3 que de 4 estrellas.
