NH sempre eccellenza
Pros:

La catena di di hotel NH si conferma una sicurezza! Posizione centrale, ci si sposta a piedi, vicino a tutto. Colazione costosa ma molto varia ed eccellente, buonissima la sezione dolce! Ambiente della colazione elegante e rilassante. Camera bellissima, letto spazioso, ben arredata. Hall molto profumata. Personale del check-in e della colazione molto gentile e disponibile. Bagno piccolo ma funzionale! Ci siamo trovati benissimo e sentiti al sicuro, sceglieremo ancora gli hotel NH!

do not expect too much
Pros:

The location was very good, close to restaurants, cafes and shops. Staff was ok. Breakfast was ok nothing fancy.

Cons:

we stayed 3 nights, we had asked a double bed but were given a twin bed.
We were two people there was only one toothbrush in the bathroom, they never changed the bed sheets I usually travel and stay in the hotels and have not seen a place like that; I think bed linens should be changed daily unless otherwise requested!
Another annoying thing was that I saw that my eyeshadow palette was broken after they cleaned the room and I asked the reception about it they asked to housekeeping (where no one spoke english) and everyone asked to each other and they denied it !!! No apologies no nothing! It was really frustrating...
the bed was not comfortable, they do not have good pillows either.

Lovely stylish hotel close to the Old Town of Salzburg
Pros:

Very comfortable room and the most delicious breakfast ever …

Cons:

Room service was a little hit and miss. Sadly, some days were missed and many service items not replaced
