Una delle migliori esperienze di hotel mai avute nella bella Salisburgo

Siamo stati ospiti all'hotel Altstadthotel Wolf-Dietrich per visitare Salisburgo e ci torneremmo domani mattina! Staff eccezionale e gentilissimo, spa e palestra ottimi, camera pulita e spaziosa, posizione ottima, non proprio in centro, ma a 10 minuti a piedi da questo. Esperienza fantastica e ultra-consigliata. Chicca finale: prima di arrivare a Salisburgo, la reception mi ha contattato per mandarmi la Mobility Guest Card così da prendere gratuitamente il bus dalla stazione all'hotel. Mai ricevuta un'attenzione simile (grazie Helmut!). Così come non ci era mai capitato di trovare il contenuto del frigo bar a nostra completa disposizione in quanto ospiti dell'hotel.

Cons:

Non è un vero e proprio difetto, ma una considerazione: la colazione era "solo" ottima ma non stratosferica come tutto il resto. Averne di difetti così... da metterci la firma!

Cons:

They knowingly put us in a room without air conditioning and did not warn us. The first night was ridiculously hot, so the next day we had to request a room with air conditioning, which they did accommodate, but were not friendly about it.
