Pool was small. No free breakfast. Rooms could’ve been cleaner.
Clean, quiet, comfortable and easy to access
Clean, not humid, didn’t smell overwhelmingly like the hotel was trying to cover up a smell, no bugs or mold
No breakfast, got charged twice for my stay and hotel is now not responding to requests for a refund
The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly and always kept our room clean and accommodated for the three nights we stayed in the bowling Green area. The room layout was fantastic and they even left us a welcome bag full of peppermints and Hershey kisses which I thought was a very nice touch! The hotel is in a great area and there are many dining options right next to it to go enjoy a nice dinner each night! I can't say enough about this hotel, we've stayed in several during our travels and I would rebook this hotel room every time because of the friendly and attentive staff, cleanliness and location. Clean hotel with extremely friendly staff. Pool is original, but was clean and had towels. Check in was quick and easy.
The property was clean and well kept.
My shower head didn’t work, my coffee pot didn’t work, the bed was not a full king.

Frig did not work, had been reported before our stay and not fixed. Paid for breakfast but it had big restrictions such as one cup of coffee and very limited food selection. Nothing like this was reported on web site.
Indoor pool was great for our granddaughter. The hotel is very clean.
The price was very high and breakfast was available but not complementary. Starbucks downstairs was an unexpected treat!
Front desk staff were great. All others we saw & talked with were very friendly. Considering is was graduation time @ WKU and was full, we were treated fantastic!

Booked a room w a pull out couch for our son. This was simply a place to sleep in a road trip and two beds were not available when we arrived we got a room w just one bed. When I went down to the front desk she said it wasn't a guarantee!!! We were exhausted. We booked this based on the pull out couch. He's a teenager and needed his own place. We were able to switch but the fact that we almost couldn't and they didn't guarantee what we booked was absurd to me!
