They rob me like no other robber does because I already paid with online platform and also need to pay them when I check in there
they change my booking by asking booking documents and they over charge me also they behaviour os not good attitude like they came to rob me management and hotel all are same quality was not safe last two felling unsecured

All staff in reception and hotel management are doing scams and fraud with customer and batter not to trust them also hotel is not safe to stay with family

Service from every Department is so good that I've planned to stay there again. Specially the front desk officials are so helpful and attentive. Transport service is smooth.

There was bed bugs in the room . Room was not clean properly.

Ideal for a short stay while traveling to or from the airport. Conveniently located nearby with seamless transportation. The room is spacious, clean, and well-equipped with excellent facilities.

Check-in was quick and simple, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The complimentary shuttle was fast and easy to use. It's a great choice for a transit stay or when you need to be near the airport.

See attached photos of the place as I booked 2 suits rooms only got 1 and other they gave 2 standard room instead of a suite room.
Ask for iron board and iron see attached the state of an iron board.
Water supply terrible very un- healthy if I get any illness due to this use of dirty water I will certainly claim compensation through hotels.com. Look at the state of the bath tab!!!!
Environment is very
Polluted as work in progress everywhere, highly polluted and very noisy.
Infact I think this place should be shut immediately by the environmental health.
I do not understand how this hotel is popular to Chinese people this place is full of them.
This place should be investigated by environmental health with supplying this type of water.

Had dinner over there. Bangla foods was yummy. Must try Beef Items here.

If you need to stay near the airport I have no problem recommending this hotel. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed.

Front desk stuff was very rude and unprofessional, he didn’t even know what he was doing. Service is very underwhelming. It’s not worth it to stay on that hotel. Overpriced. And they gave me wrong room and they didn’t even fix that. I want my money back. Thank you

I stayed at White Palace Hotel during my layover since I arrived very late, and it’s ideal for a transit stay. It's incredibly convenient for the airport. The hotel is lovely, with very comfortable, quiet rooms, and the staff are friendly, food was delicoius & reasonable.

The White Palace Hotel is great for a weekend escape. I had a fantastic time there. The staff was always helpful when I needed anything. I believe it's a wonderful place for anyone to stay!

I'm really happy with the service and the food was delicious. They have fresh food, a nice atmosphere, and lots of different dishes to choose from, like local food, Western dishes, and Asian cuisine.
