Hampton Inn Bowling Green KY

The staff was very friendly. Everything was very clean for some reason. I don’t remember the bed being as uncomfortable this time we came because we have been multiple times. The bed was a little bit uncomfortable.

Although the hotel is still under remodeling ,we were not inconvenienced. The staff were very attentive. The breakfast provided was well prepared and very good for a buffet with excellent scrambled eggs, perfectly roasted potatoes. A large selection of other breakfast items. What was most surprising was the early 6am availability of items on A Saturday Morning. Our room was very clean, comfortable bed, pillows. We were visiting the 31st Celebration of the Corvette Museum and will definitely come back to this hotel. The location is perfect, located close to the museum and the factory. Within walking distance to several restaurants. The parking area is well lighted with ample spacing between cars. The pool was not available during our August 28th-30th, 2025 Stay

We stayed three nights. The first night we were in a room that smelled musty, the toilet wobbled, wall paper was coming off, a hole in the wall had been repaired but not repainted, the floors were dirty, etc. We asked for a different room for the last 2 nights. It smelled better and the toilet didn't wobble, but the cleanliness is still a problem.

Bed was clean and comfortable. Bathroom floor was dirty. Credit card machine was broken at check in so no way to pay required incidentals fee. Room door knob did not function properly making room very difficult to get into.

The only thing good about this property was the staff. They were very nice and helpful. The hotel itself was not good. It has a really uninviting smell to it, and the rooms have definitely seen better days. The cleanliness was not up to par, and the breakfast was maybe one of the worst I’ve seen. Definitely will not be back. Hampton should be ashamed having their name on the property. They are better than this.

Toilet overflowed.

Staff was very friendly, Hampton Inn met most standards however, elevator floors stayed dirty the whole time we were there. Room smelled like smoke, even though it was a smoke free room. Plumbing was slow - bathroom sink didn’t drain well.

First, they now charge for parking your car in the parking lot! We paid $143 for the room and an additional $75 for out 2 pound dog. And they need to stick us for an additional $6?

Second, our bed was made with too small a fitted sheet, so it popped off as soon as we got into bed. It would not stay on.

Third there were ywo long, black hairs in the tub. My husband and I are in our seventies with short, gray hair.

Fourth, the Kleenex box was showing the warning blue tissues when we arrived. Of course, we ran out soon after arriving.

The room had an odor like a dog had been in the room. The mattress was lumpy. It was noisy all night. The tub didn’t drain.
