Hampton Inn Bowling Green KY

The staff was very friendly. Everything was very clean for some reason. I don’t remember the bed being as uncomfortable this time we came because we have been multiple times. The bed was a little bit uncomfortable.

Although the hotel is still under remodeling ,we were not inconvenienced. The staff were very attentive. The breakfast provided was well prepared and very good for a buffet with excellent scrambled eggs, perfectly roasted potatoes. A large selection of other breakfast items. What was most surprising was the early 6am availability of items on A Saturday Morning. Our room was very clean, comfortable bed, pillows. We were visiting the 31st Celebration of the Corvette Museum and will definitely come back to this hotel. The location is perfect, located close to the museum and the factory. Within walking distance to several restaurants. The parking area is well lighted with ample spacing between cars. The pool was not available during our August 28th-30th, 2025 Stay

This is an older Hampton Inn and the low standards are quite possibly the worst I’ve ever seen at a Hampton. The rooms smell old & stuffy. Our first room smelled so strongly like dog that we requested another room that wasn’t dog-friendly, but we were told all the rooms are dog-friendly. And sure enough, our second room didn’t smell great either. I feel that certain rooms should be set aside for those traveling with dogs, so that people not paying extra to travel with dogs can enjoy fresh-smelling rooms. Seems like a no brainer. The pull-out sofa bed my son slept on was extremely noisy and kept us all awake all night. He said it was as uncomfortable to sleep on as it sounded. The arm of the sofa was visibly dirt. The lamp had rust on it. The breakfast was as terrible as I’ve come to expect all Hampton Inn breakfasts. I could go on. I would never stay here again.

This Hampton Inn is the worst I have ever experienced. It is loud, broken furniture in the room. The room refrigerator was not cleaned out. Overall the interior is beat up and looks in disrepair. The front desk people are nice, but I will not stay here again.

Had a great experience here. Hotel is very nice and in good shape. Room was very nice and in great condition. Bed was super comfortable. Spencer at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I really appreciated that he extended me a late checkout. Would definitely recommend this Hampton Inn in Bowling Green.

It was a nice place

We stayed three nights. The first night we were in a room that smelled musty, the toilet wobbled, wall paper was coming off, a hole in the wall had been repaired but not repainted, the floors were dirty, etc. We asked for a different room for the last 2 nights. It smelled better and the toilet didn't wobble, but the cleanliness is still a problem.

The only thing good about this property was the staff. They were very nice and helpful. The hotel itself was not good. It has a really uninviting smell to it, and the rooms have definitely seen better days. The cleanliness was not up to par, and the breakfast was maybe one of the worst I’ve seen. Definitely will not be back. Hampton should be ashamed having their name on the property. They are better than this.

Bed was clean and comfortable. Bathroom floor was dirty. Credit card machine was broken at check in so no way to pay required incidentals fee. Room door knob did not function properly making room very difficult to get into.
