We stayed 4 nights - the hotel was very nice - excellent pool heated in winter, amazing gym - my husband is a body builder and was very impressed with the equipment. We had many meals at cafe bazaar - all staff were amazing but shout out to Raju (dinner) and Ferdusi (breakfast) made sure we had everything we needed at breakfast and dinner. Rooms are spacious and beds very comfortable - love a pillow menu and being able to order hot milk before bed. One night there was an issue with a noisy family next door - the staff promptly moved us. Great work all

The food was so delicious, and atmosphare was so quite and calm. Staff at here really good doing their job. Mr Shahenur is very polite and explain the menu for us very goodly.
Very nice atmosphere and environment. The dood is also delicious. The room were also nice, though i hope we can lock the bathroom door. The waiter was also nice and polite Mr. Shahinur were an excellent waiter same as the other waiter.

I went to the Cafe Bazar Restaurant at Pan Pacific Sonargaon Hotel with my family for my birthday. The food was amazing, and the service was even better!
The food was fresh and cooked to perfection. Each item was thoughtfully curated to the taste of the diners. The desserts were delicious. I loved the cheese cake and my parents loved the ice creams. Our server Mr. Raju was incredibly hospitable and kind. His thoughtfulness made our experience even more memorable. Thank you for everything Pan Pacific! Highly recommend!
I've stayed here several times over the last decade. The service quality is top-notch. Amenities exceed expectations, especially the fitness room and a large pool where you can actually swim laps, along with a separate sizeable kiddie pool. Last but not least, the breakfast buffet sports many authentic and healthy choices.
The food was great in Cafe Bazar. The quality is as expected from a reputated zone. The people serving were very polite and friendly. Our server was Shahinur vai. He was a great guy. Service is 5 out of 5. We requested some pictures also turns out they click good pictures.
