Pros:

Facilities were nice. Great breakfast. Hospitality was amazing.

Cons:

I had a blood stain on my pillow case. There was left over food in my refrigerator from previous guest. The coffee pot had an old pod in it.

Pros:

Location to my daughter’s college.

Cons:

The smell of air freshener and/or carpet fresh were so strong it gave me a headache. It was throughout the hotel areas with carpet. It really was overwhelming.

The soiled furniture ruined an otherwise perfect hotel.
Pros:

Breakfast went later than most places - great. Staff at check-in and check out very friendly and helpful. At first look the rooms were very nice. The complete kitchen including coffee maker in suite was very nice. Location, even with the construction nearby, was quiet enough plus it was near enough to our destination, shopping and restaurants. We even had an opportunity to utilize the pool and the gym which was open late.

Cons:

The primary things that I didn’t like were the number of beds in the room and the cleanliness of the sofa beds. We reserved for 5 people - one family parents and three adult children so we were looking for at least one room with 2 beds and the sofa bed. Both rooms had one bed. No problem except that both sofa beds were disgusting! On the cushions were blood stains on one and what looked like brown fecal stains. When pulling out the sofa beds there were very visible large blood stains on one and on the other it looked like larger also visible yellow urine stains. When we called to report it the front desk said well “we can’t replace the sofas” so she invited us to come get a mattress pad. One pad once opened had even more stains. My children slept on pallets of items we brought in from our car.

Decent location for what we needed, was pretty clean

Cons:

Breakfast was terrible, they stopped refilling the waffle mix at 9:00 even though breakfast went to 10:00 and when we asked they said manager said no

Just needed a bed for the night. It was decent.
Pros:

Comfy bed.

Cons:

Exceptionally dirty floors. Hairballs and trash. If we would’ve been staying more than one night, I would’ve gone somewhere else.
