This is a 4-star hotel and the rating is just about right. The rooms are on a small side and, somewhat unusually, staff come to check the mini-bar very early in the morning.
Breakfast is fine and the location of the hotel is in the very heart of the town.

Nice room with great air-conditioning. Late checkout at 11 was great. Good gym. I liked that that the hotel dinner went till 21. I usually stay at Hotel Fontana, which is more expensive, but i think Zepter is better, so I'll come here again!

Бывший отель (а скорее санаторий) "Звезда", сохранивший в планировках и организации внутренних пространств некоторую память о своем социалистическом прошлом. Конечно, недавняя реконструкция Цептером всё преобразила. Получилась очень приличная гостиница. В маленьких номерах тесновато, но в тех, что побольше площадью, вполне комфортабельно. Завтраки изобильны и разнообразны, но тем, кто на диете, придется непросто (как, впрочем, и по асей Сербии): много жирного, копчёного и сладкого. Расположение - в самом центре. Зимой шум на главной улице под окнами сильно не мешал, но летом, боюсь, может оказаться иначе. Сотрудники на рецепции очень любезно помогали решать любые проблемы, хотя английский не у всех на высоте. Особая признательность Милице. Хорошо бы ещё городские дворники или даже сами работники отеля зимой очищали подходы к дверям от снега, льда и воды - это много сил и времени не потребует, но сразу повысит настроение гостям. С удовольствием вернемся, если появится возможность.

It's very well located right at the main promenade of Vrnjačka Banja. Rooms are good size and quiet. Excellent wellness center and polite staff. Nothing to complain about.
