Clean and stylish hotel in a great location with friendly staff
Pros:

Location was fantastic, an easy 15 minute walk into the old town and a minute or two walk to very nice restaurants and tourist attractions close by too.

Staff were very friendly and efficient.

The hotel and room were clean and stylish.

We didn’t have breakfast so cannot comment.

Cons:

Room was very spacious, though a bit cold, so we had to ask for an extra duvet. There was only one pillow per person, and they were softer than we were used to, so we requested more. Both the pillows and duvet were easily available on request.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, ausreichend und lecker. Die Lage ist ideal. Das Ambiente ist sehr sehr toll. Hat uns wirklich angesprochen. Sehr freundliches Personal.

So glad we choose to stay at this Hotel
Pros:

Ideal location, 5 minutes from the Mirabell palace and gardens
Just by the river
10 minutes walk to the old town
Room 206 was a comfort room, with aircon, at the front of the hotel with large balcony. Very spacious and clean, good size bathroom with lovely shower. Walk-in wardrobe with full length mirror and guest safe.
Complimentary continental breakfast was a lovely treat as was the free guest mobility card allowing free bus travel.

A comfortable room and well decorated throughout the hotel. We would come back again!
Pros:

We loved the location because it was close to most of what we did while in Salzburg. We could walk and enjoyed our room which looked out onto the street. Breakfast was good as promised- lots of coffee and bread selections!

Great stay with super staff!
Pros:

Lovely place to stay in a great location for exploring Salzburg. Staff were fantastic and really helpful sorting tickets/route for Hallstatt day out. Nice outdoor seating area too. Breakfast was small but great!
