Pros:

The looks and location as described. Walkable distance from the train station. And walkable to the old city center. Nice decor.

Cons:

Not deducting any points but there is a strong smell of incense sticks in the hallways entering the room. The weather was perfect to open a window, which helped.

La habitación. El hielo para el calor. La gente de la recepción...

Cons:

Todo me gustó. Pero pondría un frigoríficoen la habitación y mejoraría un poco el desayuno aunque sea un regalo.

Pros:

Das Upgrade in ein Superior-Zimmer.
Der schon im Vorfeld sehr sympathische telefonische Kontakt mit der Rezeption. Andreas war so hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.

Das kostenlose kleine Frühstück.

Overall, an amazing experience, and great staff especially Andreas.Highly recommended!
Pros:

Great location, only a few min from the Mirabell Palace and less than 7 min from Salzburg Hbf (train station), and enjoyable walking distance to the Old Salzburg across the river. We absolutely loved the quirkiness of the place. Very tidy place too.

Cons:

No tea and coffee facility in the room. Neither there was any minibar / fridge. It has only the tiniest tv. Also, only one thinnest pillow per person - they need to spend a bit of money and consider the sleeping comfort of their guests - you can easily give yourself wry neck with such pillows (speaking as a health professional). I hope they take these as constructive feedback. Having said that we didn’t mind it since the weather was mostly in our side and we barely stayed in. Also Andreas was an amazing front desk manager who made sure to look after us with all our needs. So all in all no big issues.

Comfortable stay pity that we had the experience with the one very rude staff member
Pros:

We were late arriving and the male staff member stayed beyond his shift finish time to ensure we got checked in he was extremely helpful and very kind. He also ensured that we had free parking until a space became available at the hotel

Cons:

I did require some help next morning and found the woman assistant rude and unhelpful which did take from the overall great experience we had. Location was great very close to old town and the male staff was so helpful in finding us parking until a spot became available at the hotel

A lovely hotel in a beautiful city
Pros:

Great hotel in a great location between the main train station and the old town - both walkable.
Quite quirkily decorated which gives the hotel an individual, personal vibe
Large room, comfy bed, good shower. Super clean.
A delicious light breakfast is included - hot drinks (tea, coffee), orange juice, rolls and croissants.
Vending machine just outside the breakfast room stocked with basic snacks, cold drinks, beer and wine

Cons:

We stayed during the heatwave and the A/C was not very effective.
A small fridge in the room would be a good addition

Geweldig hotel, gelukkig adult only, perfecte lokatie
Pros:

Perfecte lokatie, erg leuk hotel, eigen parkeerplaats. Leuke kunst door het gebouw.

Cons:

Oké er is geen ontbijt maar wel een broodje maar zorg dan voor 2 soorten confiture.

Good location, very nice staff , a well run quiet place .
Pros:

nicely furnished rooms, friendly ambiance, easy to reach location, easy parking on site, good breakfast ( good coffee machine), public transportation quite close ,close to the river , to the park, to the Mozartheum and to the walking paths .

Cons:

there was no fridge in the room. and we missed that, especially in this hot summer, not just for drinks ( we could get ice cubes downstairs) but also to keep medicine cool. Staff did keep some of our stuff in their fridge but it would have been more convenient to have a fridge in the room.
