This was a very convenient, well run, clean, and friendly place to stay for our Salzburg visit.
Pros:

The staff were just excellent, and very helpful. The decor was modern without being stark or cold. There's lots of seating in the lobby and places to sit with friends and family. It was extremely well located for public transportation and we could get anywhere we wanted with only a short walk to the train station which is also a central bus station.

Cons:

The pillows were very mushy, and not very comfortable (we like them harder). It would be nice if the hotel provided lighter weight covers, because the weather was unseasonably warm and the duvet was too much. It would also be nice if the hotel could provide facial tissues to the room. Also, a second garbage can would have been helpful.

Very convenient location. I choose this hotel because it’s close to my rental car return point and almost next to the train station. Very easy to connect to other cities.

地點優秀，房間掛鈎很多可以掛滿包包外套衣服,毛巾每天可以換要去跟櫃檯說，櫃檯人員很親切都會盡可能的幫忙解決問題與需求

地點離車站近，去坐國王和的車站也很近
入住剛好房間準備好了讓我們提早入住

Cons:

排水系統
不知為什麼淋浴間的水總是排不掉
整個浴室地板很濕
而且排水管還有一股臭味….真的不行
