The staff is so friendly, kind and helpful!
The room was sparkling clean (even the corners of the bathroom floor!)
It was supplied was everything you need... Iron & board, cups, fridge, hair dryer, shampoo, body wash, & plenty of towels!
The location was central to all the places you would ever need!
The only con is that they need new pillows. They were kind of lumpy but not too bad.

There was nothing that I didn’t like about the property
Room was clean. Front office staff was friendly.
The continental breakfast was not the best. There were no forks when we got there. The sausage was empty. There was no one working the breakfast. The front desk guy had to refill things in between checking people out.
Convenient to interstate
Had to wait for staff to complete personal call before being addressed. Room furnishings and shower beat up. No toiletries provided. Couldn’t take food from breakfast room. Front door is not automatic and made entrance more difficult. No fitness center.

Our room was very clean and the bed were very comfortable.
When we first got to our room the air conditioning was not on and it was very hot warm and humid. After we turned on the air conditioner, it did take a while for the room to cool off. The shower only had shampoo, no conditioner or body wash so it was a good thing I always travel with my own.
It was a very bad experience
It’s a ran down motel the room smell the staff wouldn’t give me the room I was asking for and they said nobody’s allowed to the second floor
The front desk attendant was friendly and he was as accommodating as he could be. He was quick to get us checked in.
The issues we had weren't that many but enough to give me pause to stay at this location ever again. The first room we were assigned to was completely unclean. The beds were unmade and the TV was left on and the AC was off making the room incredibly stuffy. We told the front desk and he apologized and gave us a different room. This room was just as stuffy as the first and it took some time to cool the room down with the ac unit. When we went to get into one of the beds it looked like one of the beds had either stains on the sheets or it was a smudge of dirt. The sheets were a little wrinkled and it looked like the sheets on this bed weren't changed out, just remade. We checked the 2nd bed and it seemed OK and we were tired from the road and just decided to stay. Upon getting up to go to the bathroom, there was a dirty gray wash rag hanging from the shower curtain rod, so there was no way it was from the property as the towels and wash cloths are white.
It isn't entirely the attendant's fault but the housekeeping staff really dropped the ball. He should have reviewed the rooms on his cleaned list at the start of his shift.

The dryer took 2-3 cycles to dry my clothes.
Close to a lot of restaurants.
The room smelled musty. We couldn’t get the room to cool down. The jacuzzi didn’t work. The bed wasn’t comfortable. The bathroom ceiling leaked water on my head as I was using the bathroom.
