Categories

Cleanliness
6.3
Many guests described rooms as clean, but several specific complaints (bugs on ceiling, toothpaste splatter, reports that remodeling/cleaning was incomplete) lower the score.
Service
9
Multiple comments praise staff as friendly, professional and accommodating (specific mentions of helpful front desk, named employees and assistance for a deaf guest).
Location
9
Repeatedly described as convenient and close to everything; strong location praise but occasional note about highway noise for some rooms.
Room Quality
5.2
Mixed to negative comments on room condition: poorly finished remodels, outdated furnishings, uncomfortable beds, air not cooling, and occasional odors reduce this score.
Amenities
7.2
Good complimentary breakfast, coffee/yogurt machines, pet area and pet-friendly policy are positives; lacks features like a hot tub and some guests noted security cameras and comfort-related shortfalls.
Value for Money
8.5
Many guests said the rate was great and good value for the price; occasional billing issue reported (double charge) but overall perceived as good value.
Food and Beverage
9
Consistently praised hot breakfast with wide selection, described as fresh and excellent by many guests.
Overall Experience
8.2
Majority of stays described positively with repeat stays and recommendations, driven by service, location and breakfast, but room quality/cleanliness issues and some noise/billing incidents temper the overall impression.

Great Service, Great Value, Great Breakfast
Pros:

The receptionist who checked me in was very professional, very courteous and very kind. I am deaf and she went overboard to make sure I understood.

Cons:

The room was very clean. The breakfast was excellent. I guess the only thing I did not like, is that I could not stay another day.
