Das Personal, sowohl an der Rezeption als auch im Servicebereich und der Reinigung, waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Wir hatten 2 Suiten mit Meerblick die eine große Terrasse beinhaltete.
Spacious room, helpful staff, plentiful food. Lady on reception very helpful..Spacious good value and expert treatments.
A bit tired in places but considering the value this is easy to overlook.
We have had wonderful stay at this resort. Staff is very welcoming, the room/beds is comfortable, the restaurant, swimming pool and beach are all so nice.
Special thanks to Latifa,, our maid who kept the room impeccable, was very attentive to our request.
My wife and I visited from England, and from the very beginning, our experience exceeded all expectations. When I made the booking, I received an email stating that they would provide us with a good room. At the time, I assumed it was just a standard, courtesy message and did not think much of it. However, upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel upgraded us free of charge to a beautiful family suite located on the beachside. From our bedroom, we had a stunning, uninterrupted view of the sea right in front of us. The suite itself was spacious, elegant, and extremely comfortable—truly fantastic in every way.
The staff, especially the reception team, were welcoming, polite, and very professional, which made us feel valued from the moment we arrived. The dining experience was equally impressive. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all delicious, well-prepared, and served with great variety and quality. Many of the dishes were extremely tasty and very popular, often finishing quickly, so it was best to arrive on time to enjoy the full selection. Unfortunately, we did not get a chance to try the snacks, but given the standard of the meals, I am sure they would have been excellent as well.
Throughout our stay, we truly felt like royalty. The hotel has its own private beach, which added to the exclusivity and comfort of the experience. Drinks were freely available there, with a wide selection and easy access, making our time by the beach even more enjoyable. One of the most thoughtful touches was finding a bucket filled with a variety of fresh fruits waiting for us in our suite whenever we returned after dinner. These small but meaningful gestures made our stay even more special and memorable. Our time at this hotel created memories we will cherish forever. I already miss this wonderful place and would love to visit again in the future. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Sousse—it is truly a remarkable place to stay.
The food was excellent and very popular; quicker refilling of certain items would make the experience even better.
